The obvious question is, which prefs programs could really need to merge already!
That is an OS4 flaw. Nothing to do with this program.
I said it many times: by the time OS4.2 arrives, it would require users to attend a seminar on the 50 preferences program they will probably have.
It is rather silly and strange why doesnt OS4 implement them as tabs instead of separate prefs programs:
