It seems even more strange that you post to derail this thread. Besides everyone seems to enjoy believing what ever rumors they are told.
Im sure once there is something to be said, it will be.

so keeping your customers in the dark on this issue is ok ?? FYI, Long time customer here and the answer is 'no'

I am really surprised that Amigakit doesn't care to share their side of this issue. I have a Sam 440 Flex already and I was eyeing the Amiga X5000 pretty seriously until this unfolded. I would want to hear both sides before I plunk down that much scratch on a another new system.

@klx300r

Whilst I understand the intrigue of the subject as a discussion topic, we have a corporate policy of keeping discussions with partners, suppliers and contractors private.  I am sure you agree that this is the professional and courteous way to conduct business.

If there is some important and/or pertinent information that needs to be shared with our customer base, we will of course issue an official statement.

Our primary focus is serving and supporting our paying end-users.

As one of the few full time Amiga businesses, we have worked tirelessly in the Amiga market for the last 13 years to bring new Amiga (Classic and NG) products to the market,  provide services, sponsor and attend Amiga shows around the world.  These activities are how we provide service, interact and communicate with our valued customer base on a daily basis.

Nice to see that AmiKit and other stores are stocking on vampires now.
What i find funny is that i pay my vampire preorder more than 2 months ago and still waiting.

I don't know, but maybe amikit ordered theirs before you did? They are out of stock now anyway.
