« on: February 24, 2009, 12:43:15 PM »
We are pleased to announce our new EasyADF Multicard PCMCIA Reader Kit. This allows the Amiga 1200 or Amiga 600 to access memory cards such as Secure Digital (SD), Memory Stick and Compact Flash.  This can be very useful for file transfer between a PC and Amiga.

It is supplied with our latest EasyADF software and boot/install floppy disk and has product bundle options of 2GB SD card or 4GB CF card.

Or just get yourself a PCMCIA Reader (available from many sources) for 5 euro, a 2 or 4GB Flashcard 5-10 euro and dowload fat95, cfd, tsgui (adf files) and DMS_MUI (dms files) from Aminet. It takes about 5 minutes of your time to install.

Is it any list compiled somewhere as to what brands are 100% Amiga compatible?
I had problems in the past with some Kingston and Trascend SD cards

Sandisk cards on the other hand, seem very reliable.
How can i tell if my next CF/SD card will be Amiga compatible, if i get it cheap from ebay???

Greetings

I assume this new adapter doesn't do anything magical to get around the 4GB size limit?

I'm happy with the CF adapter I have and probably won't replace that without good reason, but this is a cool new gadget.
