AROS is currently being developed to run hosted under linux on ARM devices. It should run on the Panda board as it runs linux.
Please don't misinterpret this posted video as being how it currently runs on a rasberry pi because it isn't that. The video was showing the current version of the Icaros distro on x86 hardware, to show folks what AROS is (at its best) to hopefully drum up some interest and support for the rasberry pi version development.
