030/40 worth the upgrade?

I have a 030/25MHz card in my A2000 and there is a possibility to buy a 030/40MHz CPU. Is it a worth buy?

Thx guys, my card is upgradeable up to 40MHz.
I hope that it will not be to too complicated to replace the old CPU.

thx Alexh, I mean upgrade from 68030/25MHz to 68030/40MHz.
