Well, I have found this pic on the net, showing a screenshot from WB3.1 but I don't think it looks much like my WB3.1, and I wonder...

I have found some pics on an amiga disk, but I don't know what file format it is. What pic format can be seen by WB?

Any format that you have an Datatype installed for ....
