Most of my alltime favourite games are on the Amiga, but most weren't exclusive:

Frontier EliteII
Stuntcar racer
Armourgeddon 1 + 2 (exclusive I think)
Dune II
Worms:Directors cut
etc

This is difficult!

Oh yeah Zeewolf! That was an excellent game! Genetic Species was ok, but I wouldn't say it was great.
