I have a Microbotics M1230XA w 32mb ram. a MC68030RC50B + MC68882RC50A - One Crystal oscillator at 50hmz installed.
The card runs fine for some time, but then the A1200 power LED starts blinking - the amiga shuts off and the powerLED is dimmed.
The 68030 is hot, but not burning hot. And I have a new PSU from Amigastore, so it should deliver enough power. Other times the Amiga will just freeze.
I've tested the card in two different Amigas. one rev 2B and one 1d4 . Both are newly recapped. 14d does not have any timing fixes, not sure about the 2B even though the previous owner said it might have been. the issues are replicable on both machines.
I can run Amiga Testkit v1.2 and the ram test fine. both ram, MMU and FPU are present in sysinfo.
It makes me think there is something buggy with the processor. I do think the socket is a bit worn since I have to pull the card some mm out to get it to boot.
I've cleaned the socket and the trap door slot.
Anyone here able to kick me in the right direction troubleshooting wise?
