It's NOT a 486 it's just a (very fast) 386SX, and it will give
you a "full" x86-PC in your Amiga.

There is SW that allows you to use ISA-cards from the Amiga-side
with a C=-bridgeboard, but I don't remember anything similar
from Vortex.
1. Make an announcment.
2. Wait a while.
3. Check if it can actually be done.
4. Wait for someone else to do it.
5. Start working on it while giving out hillarious progress-reports.
6. Deny that you have ever announced it
7. Blame someone else

The other 2 board could be the A2286 and A2386 by C= (or again Vortex),
but all those card are just worth for the curiosity of it, as they
do make a dead-slow PC (by todays standards), and even if you can use
the ISA, I would still suggest getting a decent Zorro-card for the job
you need to be done.

@JimS

There was also the "Omnibus" which was sold as a GFX-card (came with an
ISA_ET4000), but drivers for I/O and ethernet-card also exist.

At sometimes the Vortex-x86-boards were also named "GoldenGate".

In Theory yes, as they are all just parallel to eachother, except
for the "config-in/config-out" which go from slot to slot.

But you would get problem with:
Bus termination (seen left of the Zorros).
Signal quality.
Mechanical probs.
Automatic skipping of empty slots (o.k. that no big one).
