A600 has internal jumper like A500 to change NTSC/PAL?

Nope, just like the A500+ and other Amiga's which use the 8375 2Mbyte Agnus there is no hardware NTSC/PAL jumper.

You can use software though.

If your Agnus supports it you can cut pin 41 to change the default from NTSC to PAL (short it to GND for the other way around). Not sure if the A500+/A600 type supports that tho...
