030 accelerator and scsi memory
« on: January 03, 2006, 05:28:00 PM »
I recently installed an 8mb 030 accelerator card in my A1200. I've since discovered that I can only use 4mb  of the memory because I'm using a SCSI Squirrel cd-rom drive.

Well - I've just ordered a 32mb stick of ram for my accelerator board from Ebay, will I be able to, again only use half of the available amount of ram, or will I have 28mb free to use?

thanks

Paul

Oh well - it's only money :-(

I'm just glad this is not 1995, 'cause it wouldn't be just £10 I was losing...

Thanks for the replies, guys
