Harsh opinions about the 2000 considering that its a solid machine that greatly surpases the 1000.

Hi,

In which way does the A2000 surpass the A1000?

Expansion slots!!!! My A1000 had expansion out of the yin yang, with the side panel!!

Had a clock with my spirit board, didn't need zorro slots since I had the side expansion slot, the spirit ram board I believe came with a clock and 2 megs of ram, also had put in a mod to make it go to half brite mode. Man I wish my wife didn't accidently throw out my A1000 when we moved, it was my hottest machine. Also had a 68030 Accelerator that plugged right into the 68000 slot.

But you are right on the video slot, because come to think of it my A2000 had the video toaster.

I like 3.1, never made it to 3.9, 3.5 convinced me it was just fluff and since I was on the cutting edge back then I was cut severely.
