Just logged on here for the first time in well over 5 years. Boy, I miss my A2000. Emulation on a PC just isn't the same.

I also thought it was a mark, until I read the post about it being a race car sticker lol.

Those aren't marker marks.  It's a race car sticker!

Ah...the A2000.  Not the prettiest of Amigas - a little plain looking - but sturdy, strong and oh so reliable.  I'm very fond of them.

Thats due to a foot not installed in the middle of the lower case! The A2000 is a heavy beast, it can handle a measly CBM monitor.

BTW you can remove the marker marks on the DF0: drive with some alchohol and a q-tip.  :P

There are reports of A200 mobos being deformed by heavy CRT monitors....

I don't like the idea of heavy weight monitor on top of case either, but how about TFT's ?

Having the monitor anywhere BUT on top of an A2000 is just unnatural!  ;)

I never have liked placing my monitor directly on top of the computer so the Amiga has always been under a shelf.

Wow, it looks really clean! Not even a scratch on top visible!
