Off the top of my head...

Operation Wolf
Space Gun
Puzzle Bobble / Bust-a-Move
Columns
Guerilla War
Chase HQ

[I reckon if I played some of them now I'd find them naff..]

My fave at the moment is Time Crisis 3, but that's not a 'classic' coin-op
