Goat, AmigaOS 4, bad luck
« on: January 31, 2003, 03:16:37 AM »
Hello
There is an old Chinese tradition that babies born on the year of Goat (starting Feb 1, 2003) will have bad luck in  their life.

Amiga Inc plan to release AmigaOS 4 on March 2003.
Is the bad luck / curse from "the year of goat" will follow AmigaOS 4? :-)

I think the Amiga luck problem goes back a little bit further than the expected release date of the fourth revision of the OS.  :-(

Since we're in no real danger of OS4 coming out in 2003, I think things'll be just fine.
Back away from the EU-SSR!

The local shipyard will be 'releasing' their latest ship in March.

We can't be sure when they'll 'launch' it though.  ;-)

Well, this might or might not be...

But, 2002 was the year of the Horse.  This is when MorphOS was born on one with wings by the way...:-D

Just having fun!

One could argue that Aos was born in the early-mid 80.
Hmm let me check my almanack... Sure here it is: Aos is actually born in the year of the furious hamster... Now see that  makes a lot more sense :-D
The horse is a fierce predatory animal!!!

Oh no, I have a funny feeling in my toe.  OS4 will therefore be a complete disaster.

I'd've thought that any scotsman worth his weight in Haggis would be too P1ssed to string together any sentence that coherent at New Year !
And its Hogmanay up there, by the way.
