Feck me, I'd buy it! :-D
Pity I'm bloody broke and my wages are late :pissed:

Fantastically underpriced??? I'd rather call it fantastically overpriced, but maybe it's just me...

Why? Even if you got all the combined kit together seperately from ebay there's a good chance it would cost more than he's asking.
@mdma
I assume it's the complete system you are selling, right?

The SODIMM might be handy for the missus laptop though :-P, the BPPC for the second 1200T here and the voodoo for the now redundant K6-2 I have spare. So nerr!
The yoga mat might be handy for chilling out after work too...

I think Speel already has dips on the Yoga mat ;-)
If you want to pay £100, you can have the old 256Meg DDR SODIMM (PC2700) from my Powerbook :-D
Have fun with that K6-2 :-P

I was planning to run AROS on it, but your disparaging remarks have put me off...

Not really, and if it does, the buyer pays to much. A 4 slot Mediator can be found for around 80 EURO or so, a Voodoo 3 can be bought for around 20 EURO, I bought my 2 x 128 MB ram on ebay for 40 USD and then it's just the case of finding a BlizzardPPC with a 200 MHz PPC CPU. Would you pay 300 UKP for a BlizzardPPC with a 68040??? I wouldn't.
@mdma
Anyway, good luck on selling it though.

Rumors are circulating that mdma is saving up for an Amiga One. :-D
-
@DoctorQ
I paid more than that for my BPPC back when I got it new and it has an 040 (it's a genuine P5 card, not one of those substandard DCE efforts)

:roflmao: Obviously my remarks were aimed at the Windoze98 user... not the more discerning AROS user, and gentleman, which you clearly are.

Provide us with links to what I am selling at those prices.
You can't.
You don't want to buy my stuff, fair enough someone else might.
Please don't waffle on trying to make my sale look crap just so you can flog one of the million bppc's you claim to have.

Nope, a deposit on a new place. :-)

Well, history has devoured the huge sum I paid for my BlizzPPC back in '97 (or was it 96?)... but I'm not selling mine, not for £300... not for £500... not for £800... certainly for £1049 though, I want a new 'puter :-D

The card I am selling is a well built Phase5 card, not one of those shoddy DCE excuses for a BPPC. It's also compatible with GREX PCI, has the latest firmware, and was upgraded thusly by the fair hand of Thomas Dellert himself. :-)

A new place... or a new laptop, I think we know where one's priorities are...
New_place -100
New_TV -10
New_girlfriend 0
New_Powerbookg4 +20

It's ture. That card was at DCE for upgrade to revision 2. I can clearly remember Thomas Dellert debating with his staff whether to steal the card from me and hit me in the head with a hammer, or to simply perform the upgrade for me and let me go.

Tough call for him to make there! :lol:

Anyway, I'm not trying to make your sale look crap, I'm just saying that calling it fantasticly underpriced is pushing it a bit to far.
Nothing I have said has anything to do with me trying to sell some BlizzardPPC boards, as I haven't gotten any left.
If you want me to remove my statements, just say so and I will remove them, and just write -edited-

The Voodoo in that sale is currently £15 and has thre days left. Will probably go for £20 to £25 as I've been watching them recently.
A Mediator is £100 + shipping.
That means I'm charging £280 for the BPPC and 256MB 60ns RAM.
Which is far less than I paid for it.
-
The Voodoo has buy it now for 15 UKP. Anyway, if you believe that your price for the BPPC is fair, then it's fine with me. As already said, good luck with the sale.
