The PPC card is not getting enough power in order to warm up and work at cold boot.

This could be due to a very power hungry PPC card or the weak CPU slot thin connector traces.

Solution...usually feeding +5V to the PPC fan connector solves the problem (the PPC fan should be separately powered).

OMG... :-( You should have asked if you weren't sure dude. :pissed:

The original fan is a 5V fan, hence you can only feed as much as +5V to the same connector. Like with any other electronic device, if you feed too much power than what's originally rated...you know what happens...
It is printed on the fan itself that it's a 5V fan.
