Apollo 1230 ?

does any 1 know how much ram the Apollo 1230 can take as that as im only using 8 meg at the mo?(got it of ebay for £42 + p/p dont know if thats a good price or not) thx.

There were various different flavours of Apollo 1230.

Look here and click on the accelerator section.  The max ram amounts are quoted here.

If you have the lite version it looks like you can only have 8Mb max ram.

thx for the links and mine is the lite accelerator but it should do for now i only need at the mo so i can get my amiga 1200 in a tower thx again.

if its the Lite then it'll only take 8Meg - I have one in my 1200.

surfing is quite doable if you only open one screen, and choose the wb screenmode carefully!

I got away with 800x600x64 colours for a good while - before I got the A1.
