You know what would be cool, is if someone released a Linux distro JUST for Mac-on-Linux, be it for the A1, POS or whatever, so that people who don't know/don't want to know much about Linux can quickly and easily get using MacOS. Sort of like what Bernd Meyer did for his Amithlon CD.
OR, a tutorial written by someone who's got MOL running on an A1/POS explaining what has to be done step by step, from installing and configuring Linux, to setting up MOS etc.
Comments and suggestions welcome.

You can try searching the mailing list archives at www.yellowdoglinux.com for help on setting up MOL. Since most YDL users are already running Macs, the archives may not help 100%. But you should be able to find some set-up instructions.

Try here: http://pegxmac.zftp.com/
Also note the following document: http://pegxmac.zftp.com/legal.html
I just love how the author replaces prosecute with persecute. :-) It is my belief that EULAs on consumer products (which Mac OS is) are unenforcable anyway.
I don't have a Peg, so I don't know how well PegXMac will work. I have used MOL to run Mac OS 9 under Linux on a Mac. It is a great piece of software for my needs, though it could be problematic for games and high end graphics software. (For example: there is no hardware OpenGL support.)
If that doesn't work, bring up the issue in a week or so. As long as you can get something like CRUX or Debian installed on your Peg, I can walk you through the rest of the process. This is because Linux will erase most of the differences between a Peg and a Mac.

PegXmac is junk. I havent been able to get Linux installed on my Pegasis II yet. I want to so I can use MOL though! It just failed every time I try to install it.
