hope yours is waterproof, otherwise it'd be quite painfull methinks, especially when the battery is fully charged (or is that the particular effect you want to achieve?)

(Though this is a minority opinion. Still, shows how you can spin anything, and that proves that global warming is both: a) not happening, b) good for you).

They it must be genius to wrap a highpower LW-transmiter antenna around ones head and start transmitting.

Not only do I hate cellphones, I hate phones period. You simply can't relax with a phone in the house, if it rings you either have to get up and answer it or listen to it ringing.

I tried going without phones at all and absolutely loved it. My wife put her foot down though. so we compromised. Our phone no longer rings, and the answering machine message warns callers of the fact.

I still don't use it though. Those that know me know that if they want to speak to me, they'll just have to stop by for a visit.

I don't know why I have this pet peeve, I just do. I just don't like being obligated by the desires of others to contact me.

 :bump:

Someone here has just requested my phone number saying he'd like to talk to me about something, and I told him I didn't have a phone. I don't know if he believed me, but if he sees this, maybe it'll help.

(that answering machine is gone BTW, my wife now uses her work cell exclusively)
