Can you post some tech details? Like can you have a chrome icon on the aros desktop to launch chrome, or can you only launch it from command line?
 
What about launching windows apps with wine? Can you just have icons for say, microsoft word?

Since you do everything with the LX command, I guess you should just create a proper script on the AROS side, and add an icon to it. =)
