It is a prefectly fine offer, and deciding against having offers at ones store just because other stores might be affected... that seems illogical, at least to. Besides, the offer is limited...
I think it is great that Elbox holds offers every now and then... it is a great way of getting people that have considered buying this or that finally to come to the conclusion of doing so. And, if the customers are satisfied, the higher the chance of having them recommend the store and/or buying more hardware/software themselves in the future.
