Utilizing a PowerPC® 603e core, the 400MHz MPC5200 combines low power, high performance, and a broad range of input/output (I/O) in a single, cost-effective package. This 32-bit embedded processor essentially eliminates the need for multiple processors in designs and provides ample headroom for product upgrades and differentiation.

No... no it wouldn't. I meant if someone were to adapt it, or build a new card. The odds of that happening are zero to nil, though.
