According to MacRumors (http://www.macrumors.com/forums/showthread.php3?threadid=4517) someone tried to sell an Apple Protoype motherboard. It's been removed from eBay, but there are still pictures of the board on the MacRumors thread. The interesting thing about the board is it supports DDR memory AND apparently has a Firewire 2 port :-D :-D

Interesting stuff... If the thing's for real that would mean that the G4/G5 with DDR support should be close to production.

Very interesting... It looked real, but you never know:-)
Hope that it's real and that they have G4 ready with DDR support, not that we would get them right away...but it would probably mean that normal G4 would become cheaper:-)
