Sounds great! There are a few of us in the DC/Philly/NYC area, it seems, and it would be great to have a face to face meeting once in awhile with machines and nice (positive) discussions. :)

I'd be happy to join any meet up. Don't have an Amiga currently as my poor 3000 was lost years ago, but I am trying to get myself another 3000 eventually.
After many years in the Amiga community I have decided to leave the Amiga community permanently. If you have a question about SGI or Sun computers please PM me and I will return your contact as soon as I can.

Haha... yeah definitely too long a drive...

I am planning on redoing 1/2 my basement soon. When finished I'd be happy to host amiga meetup in Philadelphia. I have some classics, morphos machine and aros machine...

Sounds like your idea for a meeting could be successful, I am sure you would not mind flying to the states once a month. :)

If you have any meetings in Durham I would make time to come down south occasionally. Beats London any day.

@XDelusion and HaywirePC

Since this meeting is in the UK lets instead turn our attention to the Amiga meetup thread I authored.
After many years in the Amiga community I have decided to leave the Amiga community permanently. If you have a question about SGI or Sun computers please PM me and I will return your contact as soon as I can.
