Had a quick play with the hosted qemu version and it looks good. Is there a simple/quick guide anywhere which explains how to mount ntfs formatted drives which I believe it can do?

Thanks for your reply, I had a look and it is already in there. I think it needs adding in the batch file, i tried a few options having looking in google such as

-hdc ntfs:/dev/hda   or \\.\PhysicalDrive0    etc and it is drive 0 but it then doesn't start the emu. I will try installing it on a spare drive instead of running in qemu and try again

Good idea, will try virtualbox first
