A few weeks ago, my 'parents' invited me downstairs for a chat. They then broke the news that I was adopted. Why couldn't they have told me sooner, then the news wouldn't have been so bad. It was awful. Just totally numbing - my security breaking down before me. However, I was given clues as to who my REAL parents were.
They gave me information regarding my real father, but no information was available for my mother. After extensive searching and sifting through information, I conclude that my father is someone who posts here on this forum. The shocks do not end there.
My father is 'iamaboringperson'. Then, I managed to uncover the horrific truth about my mother and conception. One night in the mid-eighties, my father had no woman to share a bed with, so he chose the thing most precious to him, his Commodore 64...
But the truth is that a Commodore 64 cannot give birth to a human child. Therefore, this must mean the link between me and my parents concludes that iamaboringperson is actually my mother, and that a Commodore 64 got him pregnant.
After this calamity, I don't blame iamaboringperson for selling the machine second hand. However, to this day I cannot look at a Commodore64 without thinking 'Is that my father?' :-(
