Perhaps something biological or neurological (or neuroboilogical ) ... Could it be brain dammage?

Do you suppose a psychologist might be necessary? Or might it take a psychiatrist + drugs...

Or perhaps the works... (a mental asylum)

Good ol' Doomy. He dangles the bait and gets a bite every time. Then he plays around with ya to get ya flummoxed and hot, then he hauls you out and spits in ya face.
