Rabid honey badger
« on: January 22, 2014, 04:44:31 AM »
Anyone who has seen my posts lately might notice a slight edge of hostility to my attitude.
Do not take offense (unless that was clearly my intent - then please do), as its just a prerogative taken by those of us getting older and a little less tolerant of BS.
Unlike many here, I am not a rabid Amiga fanatic, I just have a strong attachment to the 68K processor.
Therefore, you may occasionally see me question the absolute authority of your opinions that place the Amiga on a pedestal.

This doesn't mean I don't love you all (well, most of you, anyway).

Aw.

I know that may have seemed unnecessary, but I usually manage to be more civil, and lately I seem to be hulking out more than usual.
As I have noticed the disappearance of some of the people I like or admire (AmigaDave, Cammy, etc), I thought I could at least offer an offhand appology for rude behavior.

Well, you just have to like Cammy.
After all, a female that is into comic books, pinball machines and computers, where were they when I was growing up?
And smart too!
I love smart women.

And our friend David, now in France making friends and seeking better medical treatment, also ran out of here in frustration.

I need to remind myself not to be too big a horse's petard. It tends to put off the more sensitive amongst us.

Unless we remain marginally civil, we will let this deteriorate into another moobunny.

So its worth reasserting that I am not that contrary, I just have a strange sense of humor (after all, I'm pretty sure God does too)..

David is amigadave?

Anyway have you noticed how well everyone is getting along without any mods? Do we even have any mods anymore?

Yes, AmigaDave=David Morris of California, and temporarily France.

And mod intervention isn't required that often.
Since Karlos has been around while the Bill Gates Philanthropy went off the deep end, I have to assume they cut us some slack.

In fact, even when I've pushed issues lately, I generally just get a warning.

After all, we are a small group, and we should be able to remain reasonably civil.

Badgers are cool.

[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

What we\'re witnessing is the sad, lonely crowing of that last, doomed cock.

Badger and Godzilla (which, come to think of it, have very similar personalities).
