Hello there! My new game is coming to the Amiga.
Jump! is an arcade game in which you need to bounce a ball through many different three-dimensional textured tubes,
to collect as many points as you can while trying not to fall off the edge.
On the videos you can see the rules of the game and what you need to do to move to the next galaxy.

@Kefir
The game looks awesome. I am looking forward to play it as soon as possible.
At your teaser you mention that it will be Q3 2020, so I guess the release will be really close?
Will it be free to download, or commercial? Where we will be able to get/buy it? Will there be a boxed version?
Keep up the good work man.

Autumn this year.

Jump! will be a commercial game available in two variants: digital and box.

@Kefir
That's great. Thanks for your reply.
Do you consider to release a demo version until then?
-
There will be a demo version for a journalists and vlogers for sure.
-
I'd love to show it on my twitch stream I do every Friday at https://twitch.tv/walkerogr/. So, count me in.

This is an incredible technical achievement - well done! I hope you’ll share some of the technical tricks that made it possible.

I think I can guess....
"Hardware requirements:
Amiga 1200 14MHz with at least 6MB of fast ram."
-
Good to see download option until I see the price £25 for a digital copy is a bit high.

Jump! on UNITHOR gameplay. First force feedback joystick for Amiga from UNI-joy.
UNITHOR entirely controlled by the software. Programming of the joystick is straighforward. One assembler instruction or OS function call is enough.

Public demo version of the game available for download.
Requirements: Amiga 1200 14MHz, 4Mb fastram.

I was sceptical but man it's like if the Boing Ball Demo also had a game! Awesome soundtrack and the fact the beat is locked to match the rhythm of the ball bouncing makes it! Very interested! Well done! 8)
-
The demo has been updated to 1.01 and reboot-loader included.
-
I recommend everyone try this demo. The quality of the graphics and sound is brilliant and it's great to see a unique game come out on Amiga first, once again.
-
Demo v1.10 available
* Lower chip memory usage.
* Minor bugs fixed.
Is there anyone who launched the demo on the Vampire?
-
it's great to see a unique game come out on Amiga first, once again.
Hm, what makes it unique?

Personally I've not played a game like it. Maybe I'm wrong that there aren't others out there, but it's not a platformer, FPS, port, etc. Happy to be proven wrong.
-
Google “ball run tunnel” :) These games have been around for ages now, popular on phones etc. First time I played one was around the time of DDR, sing star, rock band etc, so I suspect there is a connection.
-
I don't care at all about the game mechanics, what I want to know is, how they did it :)
-
Wow a very impressive game engine. Has the author ever thought of making an FPS with it or possibly other coders using it for an FPS?
-
The game looks boring.

The engine is very specific, I don't see the possibility of using it with an fps game. But during the development of the game, I came up with a new, wery fast screen mode (method of drawing), ideal for an fps games.
Status update.
After the feedback I got from the testers, mainly related to the game's too high difficulty level, I made a few changes.
- In the easy level there is an infinite number of lives.
- Different versions of easy and medium/hard levels.
- More tile colors.
- 35 levels (including 6 hidden).
The preorder is only available until the end of February.
