Hi. Vista Pro 3 is on CU Amiga coverdisk 164 according to Amiga Magazine Rack. Here's a link to the disk hosted by EAB Turran Server:

The listing in Amiga Magazine Rack doesn't mention Vista in contents but the Super CD 14 from CU Amiga is hosted here:
