my favourite 'member' is "down below"
Did someone say "lowering the tone?"

As soon as I start picking favourites, I'll get really soppy, but forget someone. viz. Merry Christmas Everyone thread I started back in Dec.

I like Jeffimix and Blobrana's sense of humour - they're also both evidently very bright, the Dutchies are all nice (friendly and helpful!) - and Speel's turn of phrase can be at turns delightful and confusing, PMC and MikeyMike are often on my wavelength (even if *they* don't think so), T_bone is always good for a chat, particularly about politics, Whabang is always a laugh and helpful with questions, TPG contributes a lot to these forums and it would be a far worse place without him, Cecilia brings the teenager out in me, which always feels good, Kenny is a real gem - if a bit bloody-minded at times [aren't we all], Vincent is always really friendly, Bobson seems quite a cool guy, MAD is cool (and looking very bohemian in the photo by Battersea Power Station - I expect to see him sitting with a Gitane hanging out of his mouth, a glass of Absinthe and a Camus novel at a street cafe), Bloodline's cool - he shares my barrel-scraping humour [if I may be so bold to suggest such a thing], Blomberg, Haymigga, Abou27 all seem like really nice people. Karlos is cool, and Cass always seems friendly and helpful, plus there's loads of the people on the other side of the pond I haven't mentioned. There's quite a few I haven't read anything from for a while. Iamaboringperson is a treasure, although I didn't appreciate his racist joke thread, Wain seems like a really interesting guy, Adz seems really friendly [and sometimes melancholy]. And of course there's Wayne - without whom this wouldn't be possible...

See, there's loads of people I've forgotten...Not least cos I haven't used the forums in ages.
Sorry guys.
Shouldn't have tried to write a list.

What say we arrange a world AOrg gathering? That WOULD be cool.

Definatly  :-)

Have it in UK, and me, CU_AMiGA and Sumner7 will be in attendance wearing Croatia footie shirts or something (they are checkered Red and White - Amiga emblem!)

Hoya!

@Cyberus

LOL! Funny that, because one wears his hair long, he is automatically seen as a bohemian person... Hehehe...

As for the Gitane and absinthe, no chance, I am a rabid anti-smoke, teetotal person.

As for reading a good book, no problem! :-)

My favourite AOrg members?

Probably the ones I like reading the posts of...

PS: thank you to the people who like me. Although I have not posted THAT much... :-)

Personally, I think it would be easier to list the people I dislike, simply because it would be a very short list comprising of...no one ;-) I like you all :-P

Hoya!

YES! What about having different "regional" meetings and posting pics of them (or webcamming them) on AOrg?

The US cell, the UK one, the Swedish one and so on...

I would be game :-)

I dont have favs on this site -

I do miss Wildman and Homer though - they used to hang here loads back in the good old days, but have both seemed to have dissapeared. Think it was after one of the hacks, or crashes. We would have non-sensical mile long (and for the Swedes thats a proper mile ;-) ) threads about beer.. it was good.

I have long hair too. And in my experience, people don't see me as bohemian in a positive sense. They just ask me if I have any cannabis for sale :lol:
