Title: WTB/trade monitor
Post by: motrucker on June 05, 2022, 06:39:32 PM
My last Commodore monitor died. Due to all of the different machines I have (C-64, C-128 & Amigas) I need a 1080, 2002, 1084, 1901. Maybe some one in the D.C., Baltimore area could help out? (I am in Annapolis (almost)) Many thinks in advance.....

What happened to the monitors? Have you tried fixing?

Hello,
I'm nowhere near you (Las Vegas) but I have some 1084(s) and a 2002 I'm looking to sell. It's probably cost-prohibitive to ship them. Any chance you're headed this way?

The 1080 just quit working. The 2002 tries - but I suspect a broken board (it fell off a shelf). When I switch it to the mode needed, it will not stay there.
After a stoke, I shake so bad I can not solder these days. So far, I can't find anyone to fix them.
I have the C-64C on a SVGA hanks to a ViewSonic N6, but this leaves out the C-128.
Hopefully I can find something in the greater Washington D.C. area.
Thanks for the replies guys.....

This is going to take some one in the Washing D.C., Baltimore area. I will trade an Amiga 1000, working, w/good keyboard and mouse for a working 1080 monitor (or ??). This must be a local pickup (It's a nice drive  ;) )

Looks like the A1000 has been sold.
