I bought a Quad core A9 based set top box with two GB of memory two years ago, its sitting plugged into my TV, and I think I have used it less than 6 times.
My first thought was '64 bit, pretty cool!', but with 512mb or 1 gb of memory and the old Mali400 gpu?
My existing (virtually unused) ARM box is probably not too far from these specs (probably better on the video).
