Title: Abstract Console On Linux 68K/PPC Without X

I read about "Abstract Console" project for Linux 2.0 from Netherland that support text mode on Amiga 68K/PowerPC without VGA/EGA/CGA mode.

Is this true?
Is this project compatible with recent versions of Linux 68K/PowerPC kernels?
Is it possible to use Linux with Abstract Consoles on Amiga 68K/PowerPC without X-Windows?
