Disposable Hero, a shoot-em-up in the horizontal scroller genre. I found that game to be absolutely too hard for me, disappointingly so. The graphics were great, tho.
Edit: Tried it on my WHDLoad now, and whatta heck! It's not hard at all. What was I thinking..
