Odd CDTV keyboard

I have this odd keyboard. I say odd, but in truth it is beautiful. The finish on the keyboard is magnificent as are the keys. A beautiful matt sheen and nothing like the feel of a normal A4000d keyboard say. Thing is it has the grey/white keys and black case and black connector and is Part Number 364351-02 and yet black keyboard, black keys and grey connector is Part Number 364351-03.

I can well understand someone swapping out the black case for an A4000d connector, but fitting the white keys to a black case with a CDTV connector seems a little strange. Interestingly the only other time I have seen a CDTV style keyboard with the ivory keys is with The Walker.

I am just trying to fathom out whether this is a standard keyboard albeit with white keys or for some reason someone has exchanged the keyboard. I have to say that the finish on the keyboard is the same as on the case and I have seriously never felt anything like it and I have dozens of A4000 and 2000 keyboards. The finish and colour is totally unique.

Hope that makes sense... The CDTV keyboard has a missing pin and won't fit the 4000d.
