Windows 8 Tablet and Traditional Windows Apps.

where id be cautious is midi usb compatibility with win8 and usb3, i came across devices i couldnt set up properly because of lack of above.

There does seem to be an issue with midi with 8.1 on usb3.
MS are aware and trying to get it sorted & there is a workround.
