Ah, JR-Comm.  I haven't touched it in years, but I am almost positive I got a registered version with my first Amiga system I bought second-hand back in 1993.

BTW, PuTTY has been doing serial for the past few releases, and does it well and cleanly.  Might be worth having a look-see if you get stuck around PCs.
