I don't know about IDE but for SCSI, PFS2 version 4.2 supports partitions up to 104GB using direct-scsi or TD64. Maximum harddisk size is said to be unlimited but HDToolbox displays wrong values for drives over 4GB. This page on

Some tips:
· Upgrade to the latest version possible. PFS3 is better than PFS2. If staying with PFS2, use the latest upgrade patch you can find.

· Take care when setting the mask. PFS seems to be quite sensitive to it.
