It has an ATI Radeon chipset onboard... this is really something I would have liked to see on the full sized A1 mobos, an integrated video chipset as standard as the original Amiga design.  It would make it an even cooler machine, at least for demo coders :)

What size it the board?
I think the memory slot is that white bar under the IDE headers right of the BIOS.

If I got one, I could consider doing some of the cool projects I've seen on mini-itx.com ...

How about an AmigaOne in a C64 case? :)

Yeah ...
I have two VIA Epia motherboards of the same form factor myself, and you will be amazed when you see them in real life. Put a CD record next to it and you will get a good reference of their size ...
MorphOS is Amiga done right! :)
