selcocast: bugfixes and OS4 native Version

A new version of the Amiga shoutcast server solution selcocast is available on http://selco.da.ru
With selcocast you can stream live audio or a collection of MP3 file to the internet, that means you can run your own Internet radio station. An comprehensive manual is available on the homepage.

It contains important bugfixes (much lower CPU load, removed a possible illegal Memory access). Now the user limit can be adjusted. A OS4 native version has been added. It has succesfully been tested with Tunenet as stream source. (use Portbase+1 in Tunenet)
