Boot trouble
« on: May 27, 2004, 11:21:48 PM »
I recently set up my A1200 but it had no hard disk, I took it out last winter
I decided to refit the hard disk in hope of getting some sort of WHDLoad gaming rig going, it is a 170Mb one which originally was in the machine when I purchased it in February 2003.
It worked fine last time i checked, however setting it up tonight when i switch on the A1200 the hard disk and power LED;s light up but nothing else happens

I know the A1200 itself is fine because it loaded up fine about half an hour ago before i installed the hard disk; workbench disk prompt and all..

any ideas as to what i am doing wrong?
the ribbon in the A1200 fitted the hard disk correctly btw
