rkauer Posts:3263 | April 20, 2007, 12:17:53 AM Just a question: which side does the diode have to go on (anode or cathode) and which way does the diode have to be oriented (i.e. the band)? ------------------------------------------------- The band of the diode must be away the + battery side, if solded to the plus side, or going to the - side, if solded in the negative side. |

Ral-Clan Posts:1974 | November 14, 2006, 02:59:32 AM Nice, clean job. With my main A2500 I used a cordless phone battery. Works well, but is much larger. Since it's rechargeable I don't need a diode. However, I do have an A3000 and A2000 that I might add your batter hack to. Their batteries have already been removed for storage. Just a question: which side does the diode have to go on (anode or cathode) and which way does the diode have to be oriented (i.e. the band)? |
