Added a couple more fixes.
The special single pixel brush was sticking in MATTE mode when swithing back from a custom brush. (affects all versions)
Fixed alignment of fill tool pointers, hot spot y offset had got replaced with the x offset! (affects all versions runing on 3.1 upwards)
