Well, I'd say Softhut is a very good company. Regarding the oft-times lack of communication... well, I'm sure that Amiga isn't Softhut's main business anymore.. They may not be perfect, but I always get a response, and if Joe can't help, he can usually suggest someone who can.. Like the guy who fixed my A4000D mobo
