Which version of MUI should i install?

Hi all i have recently did a fresh install of OS 3.9 and i'm in the process of re-installing all the software but i know there are newer version of MUI. I normally use 3.8 but wonder if i should just install the latest version. What do you think i should do?

How would i update it? sorry but i have not used my Amiga in about 3-4 years so a little rusty.
