Bummer! My Super Space Invaders had a problem!
« on: May 31, 2004, 01:29:02 AM »
Hi everyone,
I've finally got me my WHDload installer of 'Super Space Invaders'. Convert my original disks(2) to ADF in me HDD. All is smooth. Until an error occured. "Disk corrupt/Unsupported version". Bummer!
To be sure I did'nt miss anything, I took my A500, installed v1.3 rom again. Inserted my original disk. Just black. AARGH! my original disk 1 gone bye bye!!! or bye bye???
How come ADF did not detect any track errors?
Is there any way I can still save the originals?
Am I too little too late?:-?  :-?
Thanks for the help.

How many NDOS disks have I lost through using diskdoctor? Best to make sure you system is check for viruses frequently and disks are backed up to .adf files.

Yup, did everything possible. Anyway my originals are free from virus. but not from dust and fungi! been unused for too long. (yuk!)
