First time I checked the program. All because I wanted to play Shasow of the Beast again.

I get something like this:

Unable to compile script
ERROR: invalid parameter for statement on line 215

I have the ADF's in the same directory.

What am I missing? :-?

@Jose

 I have Shadow of the Beast installed......... I think you are missing something called "The Patcher" which I think is supposed to be part of the WHDLoad packagae......................but if you own the game like me, but cant install it................just download a fully WHDLoad installed version of the game and then uncompress the archive and place the files where they belong and now you have a full version of the game.already fixed for WHDLoad.

CD32 is actually the best Amiga ever made by Commodore!...

Hoya!

@Jose

Just check the installer with a text editor. Check for the line which gives the uncorrect argument. It happens sometimes, the installer want to use a certain path but yours got a slightly different name, hence the error.

Hope this helps.

Alternatively, go to www.whdload.de and download the latest update.

Or find a pre-installed pack as leirbag28 said.

Didn't bother, just downloaded some preinstalled pack and it worked:-D . Been so many years since I played this.. :-(  Has anybody managed to reach the end? I managed to get out of the Castle till some Big guy appears but haven't managed to reach there with enough lives to kill him... I'll have to finish the game in the name of the good old days :-D

Is that the big guy after the jetpack bit?

If so, that's the final boss - you almost did it :-o

Good that you got that far, you were so close to finishing it, but a complete bummer you didn't finish.

Nevermind, you could always relive the old days of shouting at him to jump, punch and kick and hope that he'll do it again :-D
