I have an HTC Desire (the newish regular Desire) and I'm not a big fan of it. It's cool for watching movies on the go and a quick google and stuff, but as a phone it sucks balls. I just can't seem to make heads or tails of the contact list thingy, the on screen keyboard is useless for my fat fingers, the reaction time when tilting is ridicilous. I have no experience with an IPhone and I'd like to keep it that way. My experience with an IPad is enough to not make me want to pay for any other Apple devices (the IPad was free).

I appreciate having the HTC as a secondary phone for work and enjoying the bonus of it for mediaconsumption on the go, but for making calls and sending SMS messages I'll take my trusty private Nokia E51.

The hacking and messing about aspect of Android phones does appeal to me though, but I haven't found time yet to delve into it.
